No-Show & Cancellation Policy

**No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellation Policy**

At Saucy Cuts, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To help us maintain this standard, we have implemented the following no-show and last-minute cancellation policy:

1. **Card on File**: To secure your appointment, we require a credit or debit card to be kept on file. This card will only be used to charge no-show or last-minute cancellation fees.

2. **Cancellation Notice**: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

3. **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show." A no-show fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file.

4. **Last-Minute Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered last-minute cancellations. A fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file for these cancellations.

5. **Payment for Services**: All services must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. We do not accept credit or debit cards for payment of services, and payments must be made in person.

6. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you face a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

7. **Reminder Notifications**: Clients will receive a reminder via email/text at time of booking and/or 24 hours before the appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm or cancel your appointment.
